Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Zy Seller, you agree to the terms below.

1. The service

Zy Seller is desktop software that helps you collect and prioritize potential buyers from the community groups you have access to, letting AI score each lead against your criteria. Scanning runs on your device; AI scoring runs on our servers under a credit model.

2. Accounts

  • Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with the Google account for that same address. Both routes lead to the same account — they do not create separate ones. You are responsible for keeping your email, Google account, and device secure.
  • Self-service sign-in currently accepts Gmail addresses; approved organization domains and certain existing accounts may be exceptions. For Gmail, variants of the same mailbox (extra dots, or @googlemail.com) count as one single account.
  • One user corresponds to one email. Do not share, resell, or create multiple accounts to abuse free credit.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show signs of abuse.

3. Your responsibilities when collecting data

  • Only use the app on groups/content you have lawful access to.
  • You are responsible for complying with the platform's terms (e.g. Facebook) and personal-data regulations in your region (e.g. Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP in Vietnam).
  • Do not use the app for harassment, fraud, spam, or unlawful purposes.

4. Credit & billing

AI scoring is billed in credit. For credit and refund rules, see the Credit & refund policy. Credit is not currency and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is". AI scores are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be fully accurate — you make your own business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the software, including risks related to third-party platform accounts.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and the product's features. Material changes will be announced through the app or by email.
