Credit & Refund Policy

Credit is the unit used for Zy Seller's AI scoring service.

Granting & using credit

Free plan: 300 credits/mo, reset every cycle (new accounts receive the current month's credit immediately).
Monthly plans (Starter → Scale) grant credit on a recurring basis — use however much you need.
1 credit per AI-scored lead.
Scanning posts, extracting phone numbers, deduplicating, and storing leads — none of this costs credit.

When credit is NOT deducted

A scoring call that errors out at the AI provider or returns an invalid result — not deducted (a "charged only on success" model).
Posts filtered out by the quick filter before the AI is called (too short, no signal).
A result that's already cached (re-scoring the same post with the same criteria) — reused, no new AI call.

Plans & credit grants

Credit is granted according to your monthly plan — see the current per-plan amounts on the Pricing page. Choose or upgrade a plan via a request in the app (Plans section): you send the request, we confirm it and grant the credit. Automatic billing will be added later.

Refunds

Credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If credit was deducted incorrectly due to a system error on our end, we will restore the corresponding credit once verified.
